In the unlikely event of us being out of stock of the mainstream products or a delay in delivery is likely to be more than 4 working days, you shall be contacted by a member of our sales order team to advise you of the problem and expected time of delivery.

Faulty Products Returns
All products purchased from Free Motion Pets Ltd. are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee of quality. If you have purchased a product from us, and find it to be faulty within the specified guarantee period please telephone: 07841988647 or 07737151674, or notify us by email.
The product will either be exchanged or if preferred and purchased within 28 days, your money will be refunded in full. (NB: Your order number and receipt must be retained in order for any exchange or refund to take place)
Return / Refund Policy
7 Day Money Back Guarantee - Buy any product from us, and should you not be completely satisfied, it can be returned to us, as long as it is complete and in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange (less actual postage and credit card processing costs) within 7 days. The item must also be returned at your cost.
Should replacement goods be required, a further postage charge will be made to cover the costs of re-sending the new item.
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and thus results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day the courier will leave details of where your order has been left. Free Motion Pets Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.
It is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order.

We will always attempt to despatch your order next available working day, if received before 12 noon. However, delivery and dispatch times can vary so please allow up to 5 business working days for delivery.
Payment for goods or services will be accepted by all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
We will charge your credit/debit card or PayPal account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which Free Motion Pets Ltd. cannot accept any liability.
If however, this affects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section above.
Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer, however, we would appreciate you contacting us first should any item purchased be defective in any way.
The prices of our goods are checked for accuracy, however, Free Motion Pets Ltd. does reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale should a pricing error had been made.
