Delivery Information

The Free Motion Pets Ltd. offer free delivery to the UK on all orders over £75. Fixed delivery cost of £5.50 will be applied to orders under the value of £75.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days if you place your order by 12:00pm Monday to Friday. Unless the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will usually be delivered to you within 3-5 working days from the dispatch date. On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in to receive your delivery and have not left any specific delivery instructions, many of the couriers will leave details of where your order has been left or information regarding any re-delivery details. Free Motion Pets Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.  

Currently we are not able to deliver outside of United Kingdom.
